You're welcome to bring your own bike, though few people do. Most opt to rent bikes ($ per hour). A driver's license or other I.D. is required as a deposit. Rent bikes at Shark Valley and we got there about 11am due to leaving Key Largo after a leisurely breakfast about hr rode trip there. All bike rentals are single-gear, coaster brake models with adjustable seats. Baskets & helmets are available.
